September Starts Tomorrow - where has the year gone?

I remember when I was in school many many years ago time seemed to pass more slowly.  The summer was much longer and from the start of school to Christmas seemed to be forever.  The older I get the faster time passes, it does not seem fair.
Here are a few pictures from a trail I found yesterday.  It is over a bridge from the bay trail in Burlingame, to bad it leads to a dead end.
