Strange weather today

It started out very foggy, not just on the bay trail but almost everywhere.  The temperature was about 25 degrees below normal for this time of year.  I ran into light rain at some points in the ride, and bright sun in others.  The wind on the bay trail normally starts around noon and is for the most part out of the north-west or north-east.  Today however it started blowing early and was at times directly out of the west and at others from the south-west.  Seems the weather was just as confused as me.
